I have an awesome relationship with my principal. He was more than supportive when I was having problems with disgruntled parents while sponsoring the dance team. I do not understand my assistant principal and tend to stay away from her. I am going to have to implement some of the suggestions made when I meet with her in August. I believe that she knows that I steer clear of her, but I feel as if we need to dialogue so that we both understand the rationale behind our behaviors.
