One Hundred and WHAAAAAT?

Temperatures in Phoenix generally range from 104-108 degrees in June and July. Katie, Terry and Kristen hit the street around the downtown Arizona State University campus to find out how people deal with the heat.
Rich, an avid golfer from Scottsdale, suggests putting towels over your neck and wearing light clothing, if you have to wear any clothing at all.
Sallie Ann, a physical trainer from Phoenix, on her way to work out, stresses water. Water and light clothing seem to be the key. Sallie Ann says people don’t drink enough water as it is.  It should be a priority.
Even the tourists weigh in on the subject.  Brian and Allie Quill, from Chicago, Illinois, came to Phoenix ready for the heat by sitting in Starbucks, avoiding the afternoon sun, sipping their iced lattes. Brian packed his flip-flops and Allie made sure not to leave her shoes in the car.
She stresses the importance of a good pedicure because toes are always on display in Phoenix. She was also kind enough to help Brian pick out his wardrobe, a bright coral T-shirt.

Their baby Lucas chose not to wear any shoes at all. He offers his own perspective on the heat.
